A Roman trattoria where the pasta is rolled by hand, the wine list plays favorites, and every table ends up staying longer than planned.

Who Are We
Giuseppe started cooking in his mother's kitchen at eight years old and never really left one. Today the same recipes come out of a slightly bigger kitchen, for a slightly bigger family—everyone who walks through that door. No printed rules, no forced smiles, just good food served by people who'd rather have you back next week than impressed just once.

Cacio e Pepe
Just four ingredients and forty years of practice. Ask for it extra peppery—Giuseppe won't judge.
Saltimbocca alla Romana
Veal, prosciutto, sage, and just enough butter to make it dangerous. A Sunday dish that somehow shows up every night.

Cook's Note
Ciao Amici!
